Swedish Institute delegation visits Kyiv Polytechnic
A delegation from the Swedish Institute (SI), a public agency that builds interest and trust in Sweden around the world as well as supports international educational programmes, has visited the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
During the meeting, the results of joint initiatives were evaluated and new areas of partnership identified, focusing on:
- research, engineering developments and innovation (RD&I);
- educational and academic cooperation;
- development of infrastructure projects;
- exchange of experience and expertise.
Kyiv Polytechnic is already undertaking a series of Ukrainian-Swedish initiatives, ranging from the development of water treatment technologies and the creation of expert platforms in the sphere of sustainable semiconductor manufacturing to grant projects that strengthen democratic values and global connections.
Both sides are keen to deepen their cooperation, which builds up innovation potential, promotes sustainable development, and encourages international dialogue.
