The Foundation of German Industry for International Cooperation proposed to join the SES Grant Project.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The SES is Germany\u2019s leading volunteering organization for experts and executives with extensive experience, who are either retired or taking some time off work to other countries on a voluntary basis in order to improve the qualifications of other specialists throughout the world. Since 1983, they have contributed to the development of competencies around the world, directing specialists to teach their successors in various industries and sectors of the economy.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

According to this project, more than 12,000 experts with many years of professional experience in 50 sectors of the economy and 500 professional areas are already sharing their skills and knowledge in various projects. This is a great opportunity, both for an expert who is either retired or taking a break from work and for an organization or institution that invites him. Everything takes place on the basis of mutual benefit and jointly acquired new experience. The SES project covers the costs of insurance, flight, all organizational payments, and expenses to involve an expert in the educational process. Thus, it is possible to invite a specialist from Germany of any profession to higher education institutions to teach university specialists for 3-4 weeks on a free basis.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Since 1983, more than 50,000 projects have been implemented in about 160 countries. Such cooperation can be a great example of the cooperation of Ukrainian specialists. People can always exchange experience on a voluntary basis and improve skills, find new acquaintances and opportunities for self-development.<\/span>\u00a0
