The conference will provide an excellent international forum for dissemination of original research results, new ideas and practical development experiences which concentrate on both theory and practices of the academics, researchers, engineers and also industry professionals.<br \/><br \/><strong><em>Due to many requests, the submission deadline has been extended to 10 May 2022<\/em><\/strong><br \/><br \/>All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication.<br \/><br \/>ICECET 2021 was successfully completed online in Cape Town, South Africa. A total of 399 papers from 84 countries were presented. All [3] the accepted papers of the last year\u2019s event are published in IEEE Xplore and indexed by SCOPUS.
