Are you a scientist looking to move from an academic, research-driven environment to an industrial career?<\/p>

The team of the PACT4Ukraine Project (Piloting an Academic Corridor in Teaching and Learning for Ukraine), implemented at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-N\u00fcrnberg (Germany), announces the possibility of Ukrainian researchers’ participation in the From Scientists to Innovators for Industry (FAU SCI FI 2024) programme on special terms.<\/p>

From Scientists to Innovators for Industry (SCI FI)<\/strong>\u00a0is a 3-month blended-learning program consisting of online modules (with 7 basic modules and 5 industry specific modules), webinars, mentoring sessions and rounded off by three events (kick-off, mid program and final event). This course helps you overcome that challenge with the guidance of academic and industry partners, so that you can learn from real-life cases and have the opportunity to work with experienced mentors.<\/p>

This programme is for you if you\u2019re a young scientist based in any Horizon Europe country who:<\/p>

  1. Is working at a university, research institute, or clinic<\/li>
  2. Is a PhD candidate in any area of healthcare \u2013 especially MedTech and Pharma<\/li>
  3. Or has a Postdoc in healthcare<\/li><\/ol>

    Duration:<\/strong>\u00a023 August 2024 \u2013 4 December 2024<\/p>

    Format:<\/strong>\u00a0Programme offers two tracks: the Full Programme and the Light Programme. Both tracks involve a three-month online learning programme<\/p>

    Application deadline: 31 May 2024<\/strong><\/h3>

    Cost:<\/strong>\u00a0Full programme: Participation fee \u20ac500; Early Bird fee \u20ac400; Light programme: \u20ac150<\/p>

    Cost (for Ukrainians only):<\/strong>\u00a05 sponsored slots for Ukrainian researchers for the full programme and free participation in the light programme with no limitation on the number of participants<\/p>
