Representatives of the Foreign, Commonwealth &amp; Development Office of the United Kingdom visited the University to discuss its potential involvement in the <em>InnovateUkraine<\/em> programme funded by the UK government through the \u00a310 million \u2018Innovate Ukraine\u2019 Green Energy Challenge Fund. The programme aims to rebuild Ukraine\u2019s energy system, displace fossil fuels, and support post-war recovery.<\/p><p><strong>Evelyn Cavalla<\/strong>, Senior Programme Manager at the British Embassy, expressed her excitement about Kyiv Polytechnic\u2019s role in fostering expertise and advancing knowledge across various sectors. She emphasized UK\u2019s readiness to support innovations, particularly in energy resilience, both financially and technically. Ms. Cavalla added that they aim to connect Kyiv Polytechnic\u2019s innovations with those from the UK and the business community to come up with new solutions.<\/p><p>This meeting marked the first stage of negotiations with the British partners.
