According to the 23rd edition of the QS World University Rankings (WUR), the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute has been named as one of the world\u2019s top universities, ranking in the 851\u2013900 band globally and sharing second place with the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University among leading higher education institutions in Ukraine.<\/p>

This year’s ranking features 1,504 universities across 106 higher education systems, including nine in Ukraine. Of these, none climbs, five drop and four remain stable within their rank or band.<\/p>

While the overall ranking band shifted slightly compared with the previous edition, Kyiv Polytechnic demonstrated significant progress in several of the indicators that underpin the QS methodology, reflecting university’s growing international reputation, strengthening employer recognition, and expanding global research engagement.<\/p>

The university\u2019s most remarkable achievement was recorded in Employer Reputation, where Kyiv Polytechnic places 283rd worldwide. This indicator measures employers’ perceptions of graduates with skills aligned to global demand, underscoring the increasing recognition of Kyiv Polytechnic alumni by employers around the world.<\/p>

The university also positioned 404th in the world for Employment Outcomes. This result reflects the success of Kyiv Polytechnic graduates in securing employment and building impactful professional careers.<\/p>

Kyiv Polytechnic achieves a very good score of 48.1 in QS\u2019s indicator of Sustainability, confirming its growing contribution to sustainable development and its commitment to environmental and social responsibility. Furthermore, the university improved its standing in Faculty Student Ratio, climbing from 527th to 464th.<\/p>

At the national level, Kyiv Polytechnic ranks first among all Ukrainian universities in Employer Reputation, second in Academic Reputation, and third in Employment Outcomes and Sustainability. In particular, its Employment Outcomes Composite index of 53.1 significantly exceeds the global median of 27.9, highlighting promising career prospects for its graduates.<\/p>

These results confirm that, despite the challenging time under which the Ukrainian higher education system continues its development, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is steadily strengthening its international standing, expanding its global partnerships, enhancing graduate employability, and making a distinct contribution to creating the progressive, sustainable future for the whole world through science, education, and international cooperation.<\/p>
