“European League of Professional Development”<\/strong> together with University of Bialystok (Faculty of Sciences on Education) organizes distance internship for scientific and pedagogical staff<\/strong> of higher education institutions of I-IV levels of accreditation regardless of ownership and subordination on the topic: “Educational and scientific activity in modern university: challenges, decisions, prospects.”<\/strong><\/p>

Dates:<\/strong> October 11 – November 19, 2021.<\/p>

The purpose of the internship is to deepen knowledge and develop competencies of the scientific and didactic team of Ukrainian universities in terms of challenges, decisions and prospects in teaching and research activities at the modern university.<\/p>

Participants of the internship using references to literature on the topic, analysis of examples, as well as practical tasks will:<\/p>

  1. a) improve their competencies in applying different methods and forms of work with students (learning creative thinking, working through tutoring, interactive online tools) and improve their research skills (writing scientific articles, the art of public speaking);<\/li>
  2. b) be able to assess the potential advantages and problems of using these methods and forms in their educational institutions;<\/li>
  3. c) develop specific solutions for the introduction of new practices in different areas of their own scientific and pedagogical activity.<\/li><\/ol>

    After completing the internship, participants will obtain a certificate of international internship with a total duration of 180 hours (6 ECTS credits).<\/p>
