Greetings on the thirty-fourth Independence Day of Ukraine

Dear university community, partners, and friends,

We sincerely congratulate you on the Independence Day of Ukraine!
This holiday is a symbol of our national unity, spiritual strength, and resilience. Thirty-four years ago, Ukraine became a free and independent state, and every day of this journey has been filled with courage, sacrifice, and the pursuit of freedom.

Today, the independence of Ukraine is being defended by students and alumni of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute who bravely serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Our researchers are developing new means of countering the aggressor, advancing technologies for the rehabilitation of the wounded, and creating innovations for the restoration of liberated territories. Together, we are bringing victory and the rebuilding of our state closer.

Our university has always been a centre of knowledge, culture, and national identity. We are committed to educating a new generation of responsible citizens who will shape the future of Ukraine.

We bow our heads before the heroism of our defenders and express gratitude to everyone who is fighting for the freedom of our country.
May this day strengthen our faith, give us new strength, and bring us closer to peace.

Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!
