Research4Life: succeed in funding your research

The 3rd webinar of the Research4Life Publishing and Research Communication series on writing winning grant applications – “Writing winning grant proposals: succeed in funding your research” took place on Wednesday, June 8. Within 90 minutes With the help of Dr. Alsaed Mashahita (CABI) under the moderation of Katie Kwan (Research4Life), the audience reviewed the following elements of successful grant design and answered questions from the audience:

key strategies for drawing up a research plan;
formation of a qualified research group;
stages of applying for a grant: selection of the announcement and approval of proposals; research justification, goals and methodology; budget and project management; proposal submission processing; interaction with sponsors;
key elements of success and common mistakes in grant applications;
language barrier strategies for non-English speakers.
