II International Staff Week Online: Digital Network under the Erasmus + Program
Dear colleagues!
An invitation to participate in the II International Staff Week, which is scheduled for March 16-17, 2021 online on the topic “Digital Network” under the Erasmus + Program (attached in the file “UU, ISW II, 2021 Invitation Letter »).
This two-day program is intended to provide an impetus to strengthen links between universities and provide a platform for discussion and exchange of ideas (attached to the Usak University Tentative prelim. Prog. ISW II 16-17 March, 2021 file).
During the five-minute speeches, participants will have the opportunity to present their universities and provide information on existing international programs, share successful experiences and tips.
Participation is free. To do this, you must register by filling out the form (attached in the file “International Week Application Form”). The deadline for applications is March 1, 2021. The invitation will be received within two weeks.

For reference, according to the official website https://usak.edu.tr: Usak University, Republic of Turkey is a young, founded in 2006, and ambitious university with an active desire to strengthen internationalization, which attaches great importance to international exchange of students and staff. This HEI has a wide range of specializations and has become a pilot university in the field of leather production, textiles and ceramics. The institution has 12 faculties, 3 vocational schools that provide bachelor’s degree; 11 vocational and technical colleges that provide undergraduate vocational education; 3 institutes providing postgraduate education, postgraduate studies and 27 research centers. Graduates can apply for a job in 48 countries that are part of the EU educational space. The number of academic staff is about 800 people, administrative about 600 people. Almost 30,000 students study at Ushak University in more than 190 educational programs, in the 2017-2018 academic year, 753 new foreign students were registered, and a total of 3,072 foreign students.
