VIRTUAL INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMME OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MARIBOR
From the 1st semester of the 2024/2025 study year, we will offer online classes, which will be open to all international students from our partner universities.
Students must enter the courses in the Learning Agreement. The courses will be recognised in the same way as face-to-face courses.
WHAT IS VIRTUAL MOBILITY?
Virtual mobility is the participation in relevant digital learning activities offered by an international partner university other than the home university. The activities are offered for educational purposes and/or allow students to acquire new competences and knowledge without the necessity of physical mobility.

WHO CAN JOIN THE VIRTUAL CLASS MOBILITY?
Virtual classes are under the aim of the ATHENA network. They will be accessible to all international students. At the beginning of the project, we will offer 3 virtual classes at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
WHICH COURSES ARE AVAILABLE?
- Operating systems (syllabus) – Thursdays, 14.00-16.00 CET
- Nanorobotics (syllabus) – Fridays, 7.00-10.00 CET
- Advanced information security (syllabus) – different lecture dates
*The lectures begin in the first week of October 2024.
