EMINENT program opens a new stage of application for the Master’s degree in Nanosystems Engineering

On Friday, November 1, a new stage of application for the Erasmus Mundus Master’s program in Engineering of Nanosystems with Embedded Intelligence (EMINENT) starts. The program combines the efforts of five universities, including the University of Siegen (Germany), the Hellenic and Mediterranean University of Crete (Greece), the University of Lisbon NOVA (Portugal), the University of Orleans (France), and Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Lithuania).

EMINENT offers a unique two-year course of study that covers everything from nanomaterials and device technologies to computational architectures for intelligent sensors and large-scale integrated systems for IoT applications.

The program is primarily aimed at students of electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, physics, materials science, or equivalent programs. Students study in Greece (HMU) for the first semester and in Germany (Siegen) for the second semester. The second year of study depends on the chosen specialization and placement at the respective university. Thanks to funding from the European Commission, attractive scholarships of €1400 per month are available to excellent candidates from all over the world.

Applications are accepted from November 1, 2024 to March 1, 2025.
