ATHENА Alliance invites to seminars on peacekeeping education

The ATHENA Alliance is pleased to announce a new stage of peace education seminars.

This Thursday, November 14th, at 15:00 CET, we will host two esteemed colleagues from Hadassah College, Israel, Ms. Yael Caplin and Ms. Mikael Fiedleman. They will present an important topic: “When Textbooks Aren’t Enough: How Simulated Conflicts Helped Prepare Academic Staff for Teaching during Wartime.”

Peace education fosters understanding, resilience, and empathy in our increasingly complex and interconnected world. By equipping individuals with skills to navigate conflict and embrace diversity, peace education builds the foundation for sustainable and harmonious societies. This seminar will offer innovative tools and perspectives on how educators can approach peace education, particularly during challenging times.

The seminar will take place via Zoom. To receive the link, please register here: https://forms.gle/JvP7dKxy55VpctNT8
