Kyiv Polytechnic increases cooperation in education, science with France

Héloїse Marmouset de la Taille, attaché for university and scientific cooperation at the Embassy of France in Ukraine, and attaché Raphael Bost visited Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute to discuss proposals for educational and scientific cooperation that are strategically important for both countries.
In particular, participants in the meeting explored the enhancing of applied research in the following areas:
Artificial intelligence and ways to integrate it into diverse fields such as robotics, industry, and medicine;
Biomedical engineering;
Physical, psychological and social support for war veterans;
Additive technologies in rehabilitation and prosthetics.
Kyiv Polytechnic’s administration, faculty, and researchers showcased several successful projects advancing the above areas.
“We need to focus on joint activities in AI, engineering, and veterans’ support,” said Héloїse Marmouset de la Taille. “Your experience is critically important for us, so I’m eager to foster interaction between our projects and yours, which will result in innovations. Your university can also join our research programs and benefit from France’s experience in AI and additive technologies. We will provide you with all-round support, from grants to mobility opportunities.”
Looking ahead, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute aims to expand its cooperation with French educational and research institutions.
