Kyiv Polytechnic and UNDP cooperate in building safer future

The Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute recently welcomed a delegation from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to Ukraine to discuss the next steps in carrying out joint projects in humanitarian demining.

Updated Free Courses for War Veterans

UNDP continues to support professional training in non-technical surveys and mine action. The program includes:

– Theoretical and practical components;

– Specialized training based on key mine action principles;

– The Institute for Energy Saving and Energy Management will be involved as a platform for international certification programs in humanitarian demining, in cooperation with government institutions and international partners.

Foresight Research on the Environmental Impact of Explosive Contamination in Ukraine

The World Data Center for Geoinformatics and Sustainable Development at Kyiv Polytechnic, a full member of the World Data System, is actively engaged in this initiative.
