KPI in the Ukrainian-German project
Online meeting with representatives of the Ministries of Education of Germany and Ukraine
On February 8, representatives of the Igor Sikorsky KPI took part in an online meeting with representatives of the Ministries of Education and Science of Germany and Ukraine.
During the conversation, the creation of joint centers of advanced research was discussed. Germany, as the leading center of science and innovation in Europe, has initiated the creation of a joint German-Ukrainian center of key competencies.
Among more than a dozen projects proposed by Ukrainian scientists, Igor Sikorsky KPI presented its own idea of the Center of Excellence, which was developed by scientists of the Institute of Telecommunication systems and Insitute of Physics and Technology.
Igor Sikorsky KPI was tasked with preparing conceptual proposals and a form of activity of the Center for the collection, processing, and transportation of big data, obtaining new knowledge from them.
The German side will consider the submitted projects from Ukraine and later determine the best for further cooperation.
