Call for joint Ukrainian-Latvian research projects 2024
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and The Latvian Science Council announce a competition for joint Ukrainian-Latvian research projects to be implemented in 2025-2026.
From July 15 to September 13, 2024, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Latvian Council of Science announce a call for joint Ukrainian-Latvian research projects to be implemented in 2025-2026.
Priority research areas:
- Energy and energy efficiency;
- Ecology and environmental management, including marine research, in particular, research on marine pollution by chemicals and microplastics;
- New technologies for the prevention and treatment of the most common diseases, research in biotechnology, bioengineering and genetics;
- New materials;
- Social sciences and humanities.
The competition is open to any research groups of higher education institutions, scientific institutions of both countries.
The documents are submitted in the functional module of the National Electronic Scientific Information System (hereinafter referred to as the System). Documents for participation in the Competition shall be submitted in electronic form with an electronic signature, using the capabilities of the System in accordance with the provisions of the Procedure for the operation of the National Electronic Scientific and Information System, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated January 08, 2024 No. 10, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 05, 2024 under No. 323/41668.
The deadline for submission is September 13, 2024 (by 13:00).
