Today Japan takes a keen interest in education, science and innovation at Kyiv Polytechnic. In turn, the university is prepared to share its engineering developments, achievements, and to adopt Japan’s best practices.
“I have known that Kyiv Polytechnic is a very important educational institution, the home of skilled engineering staff for all of Ukraine,” said Masashi Nakagome. “Now, I have seen it for myself. With your multifaceted history, plethora of talents, and great scientific potential, I am sure we have many opportunities to further our cooperation.”
Japan has been a faithful friend of Ukraine since the first days of the full-scale invasion and remains a reliable partner of the university. Over the years of cooperation, Kyiv Polytechnic has signed 16 agreements and memoranda with leading Japanese universities, foundations, and businesses.
